1. Product Delivery & Shipping
Estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days from the moment your order is approved.
Shipments are handled by UPS.
Standard shipping – Free to all areas in the USA.
Optional insured delivery is available for an additional 4.99$ .
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (holidays, postal/customs delays, etc.). In such cases, the customer will be notified.

2. Store Responsibility
We are committed to providing accurate, reliable, and complete information about all products.
Our team is responsible for processing, preparing, and shipping all orders.
In the event of a delivery issue or a defective product, customers are entitled to either a replacement or a full refund.

3. Order Cancellation & Returns
Products may be returned within 30 days from the date the order was approved.
Returns are free of charge – Meowverse covers all return shipping costs.
